Refund policy

Consistent with our policies via Instagram, all sales on crystals are final. We very intentionally provide multiple images within each listing to ensure you as the client have the time and detail you need to make a well informed decision. If there is man made damage to a crystal, it will be disclosed within the listing. As always, if you have a question about a piece, please feel free to direct message us via IG or through the website.
