Shipping policy

Chakra Gem Jewels ships domestically via USPS priority mail. All packages are shipped within seven days from purchase. Chakra Gem Jewels ships every Thursday. Purchases made by midnight the Tuesday before our ship date will ship the same week on Thursday. Purchases made after Tuesday at midnight will ship the following Thursday.

Shipping costs vary by weight. Shipping costs vary between $9-$16.25. Shipping is free on orders over $200 (Some exceptions apply for example when a crystal is on promotion.)

Chakra Gem Jewels is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages in transit. We are not responsible for any negligence by USPS. It is because of this policy - we take EXTREME care wrapping your crystals. We are relentless about risk mitigation, because you receiving your crystals in perfect condition - is a non-negotiable!
