Datolite is an uncommon mineral, calcium borosilicate, CaBSiO4(OH), that (geenerally) occurs as white or colourless veins and cavity linings in basic igneous rocks and in metallic-ore veins. HOWEVER, Chakra Gem Jewels was MOST fortunate to source the rare and beautiful GREEN colored datolite from Charcas Mexico. This was a one off green and druzy piece with a crystalized back.
